Ismail Ilker Ulusoy ("we", "us", or "our") operates the NFC Scanner / NFC Tools mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use

The App is designed to prioritize your privacy. We minimize the amount of data we collect and rely heavily on local processing.

Types of Data Collected

Hardware Access (Local Processing)

To provide its core functionality, the App requires access to certain device features. This data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers:

• NFC Reader/Writer: Used to scan and write data to NFC tags.
• Camera: Used strictly for scanning QR codes. Images are processed locally and are not saved or transmitted.
• Contacts: Used when creating or reading vCard (contact) NFC tags or QR codes. We do not upload your contact list to any external servers.
• Local Storage: Your scan history, created tags, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not have access to this data.

Third-Party Services Data

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, primarily for managing subscriptions and app stability:

• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to process and manage weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect data such as purchase history, device identifiers, and usage data related to subscriptions. Please review the RevenueCat Privacy Policy for more information.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: When you make a purchase, the respective app store collects your payment information. We do not have access to your credit card details or billing address.

2. Use of Data

We use the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App's core functionality (NFC scanning/writing, QR scanning/creation).
• To manage your Pro subscription status and grant access to premium features via RevenueCat.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues.

3. Data Transfer

Your information, particularly regarding subscription status, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Because the App primarily relies on local device storage, the physical security of your device is the primary protection for your saved NFC and QR data.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
