1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Snap2Video ("the App", "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) What the App Does

Snap2Video takes a photo you provide and produces an AI generated video from it. Generation runs on third-party AI infrastructure, so it needs a network connection and it consumes credits.

3) Paid Service and Credits

The App is not free to use. Video generation consumes credits. Credits are obtained through a subscription or through a one-time credit purchase, as presented inside the App or in the app store listing.

Credits are a digital entitlement inside the App. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another user.
Credits are tied to the device record the App creates. If you delete the App and lose that record, your remaining credits may not be recoverable.
A failed generation attempt is not intended to consume credits. If credits are debited for a failed job, contact us and we will review it.

4) Eligibility and Device

You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the security of your device and for purchases made from it.

5) License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by law.
Use the App for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activities.
Interfere with the App's operation, security, signing, or credit accounting, or attempt to obtain credits you did not pay for.
Use automated means to submit generation jobs at scale, or resell access to the Service.

6) AI Features and Third-Party Processing

The App uses third-party infrastructure and AI services to generate videos:

Cloudflare — backend hosting, storage, and delivery.
Eachlabs — AI workflow orchestration.
fal.ai — AI video model inference.
Google Gemini — AI processing.
Adapty — subscription and credit management.
Mixpanel — product analytics.

By using AI features, you acknowledge:

Your photo and generation parameters are transmitted to these providers.
Output may be inaccurate, unexpected, distorted, or unsuitable for sensitive use.
Generation time and availability depend on providers we do not control, and a job may fail or be queued.
You are responsible for how you use the output.
You must not submit unlawful, infringing, sexual, hateful, or harmful content, and you must not submit images of other people without their permission.
Providers may apply their own content filters, so a request may be refused.

7) User Content

You retain ownership of the photos you submit. You grant us and our processors a limited license to host, transmit, and process your content solely to operate the Service and deliver your generated video.

Rights in AI generated output may be limited by law and by the terms of the underlying AI providers. We make no warranty that generated output is free of third-party rights or eligible for copyright protection.

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored in our cloud storage so the result can be delivered and shown in your history. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.

8) Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Subscription terms (price, duration, trial, renewal, and credit amount) are shown before purchase.
Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions auto-renew according to Apple App Store rules.
You can cancel in your Apple account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled by Apple, subject to Apple's policies.
Subscription terms are also covered by Apple's standard End User License Agreement, linked inside the App.

9) Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, branding, templates, and non-user content, is owned by or licensed to the publisher and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular quality of generated video.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the publisher harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from content you submit or generate, or from your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, abuse the credit system, or if action is needed to protect the Service, users, or legal rights. Unused credits may be forfeited where termination follows abuse.

14) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including individual effects or AI models, at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, excluding conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer law states otherwise.
